Training Format
This training series is delivered virtually and divided into two different 2-3 hour sessions:
1. Distributing a CX Survey Through Email - Jun 1st | 8AM - 10AM MT
2. Analyzing CX Data Using Text iQ and Stats iQ - Jun 3rd | 8AM - 10:30AM MT
We recommend attending every session as the training content will build off previous sessions.
