XM Basecamp Live Series: Building a Dashboard to Display CX Insights

This live session is designed to help you learn to create an engaging dashboard that allows key stakeholders at your organization to view relevant customer experience metrics at any time.

Training Format

This training series is delivered virtually and consists of one 3 hour session, with various times available:

1. Option 1 - December 7th  |  3 PM - 6 PM MST 
2. Option 2 - December 8th  |  3 PM - 6 PM CET

As a part of each XM Basecamp Live Training Series, you will receive access to the following: 

1. Training session led by a Qualtrics XM Expert
2. Challenge booklets following the training session with step-by-step instructions to complete hands-on practice
3. A Qualtrics training account where you can practice and complete challenges
4. Access to office hours with your training instructor where you can ask questions 1:1 about the hands-on challenges or topics covered in the training sessions
