Allegheny County (PA) Human Services - Improving customer experiences and department operations
Allegheny County leverages Qualtrics for a broad array of projects, including follow-up with service recipients, managing case worker assignments and tracking hospital registrations. They've also used Qualtrics to optimize internal processes such as appointment scheduling, real-time polling from meetings and some employee surveys as well.
Santa Clara County (CA) Human Services - Connecting the customer and employee experience
Santa Clara County uses Qualtrics for engagement with both community partners and clients, as well as program evaluations. Santa Clara has also started collecting feedback from their call centers.
